Road Laboratory of Alkesta UAB
The laboratory meets the requirements of LST EN ISO/IEC 17025 and is certified to perform the following works:
- soil tests;
- tests of mineral materials;
- tests of asphalt mixtures;
- Marshall method of asphalt mixture design;
- tests of road bitumen;
- concrete mixture design;
- tests of concrete mixture;
- tests of concrete;
- determination of deformation module and compression level of roads, bridges and layers of construction of street pavements;
- determination of physical and mechanical properties of roads, bridges and layers of construction of street pavements.
Service of power specialists of Alkesta UAB
The Service provides design, installation (up to 10kV) and repair of power distribution lines, also mounting of transition, accounting and distribution cabinets:
- installation, adjustment and repair of switchyards and substations up to 10kV;
- design, installation and repair of building indoor electrical system;
- installation of indoor electrical system for residential, industrial, administrative and other buildings;
- design of street lighting poles, highways, site, rest area lighting, mounting, connection and repair of searchlights;
- technical maintenance of electrical equipment up to 10kV.
Design and Geodesy Department of Alkesta UAB
Accumulated long-term industrial practice, using certified software, allows to implement client‘s requests from project preparation to its full implementation:
- determination of real estate cadastre data (cadastral measurements), quality control of determination of real estate cadastre data and state examination;
- implementation of geodesic, land planning, topographical and cartographical works: making of GPS and height class nets; measurements of settlement and inclination of buildings and structures; marking of structures and engineering equipment on site; and drawing their location schemes;
- design of communications (roads of all categories, streets, sites, approaches, etc.), engineering networks (water-supply, sewage and electricity (up to 10 kV voltage)), other structures, and copyright supervision, and technical maintenance;
- processing and preparation of machine control system data.
