Production of asphalt and concrete mixtures

Asphalt mixtures are produced by Teltomat-160 and Concept TBA 200-240 mixers. These mixers meet the environment protection and quality requirements for production.

The hot asphalt mixture is produced in Alytus industrial base by computerized intermittently working asphalt mixers Teltomat v/3s and Concept TBA 200-240, efficiency of which is up to 340t/h.

The hot asphalt mixture is produced in Marijampolė subsidiary industrial base by computerized intermittently working asphalt mixers Teltomat v/3s and Teltomat 160, efficiency of which is up to 260t/h.

Inert adhesive material storage tanks

Large amounts of cement and lime are delivered to the base of Alkesta UAB by railway transport. These materials are used for stabilization of roadbed foundations, for production of constructional mixtures and mineral powder for asphalt concrete.

Materials are stored in special storage tanks, capacity of which is up to 1,200 tones. They are delivered by cement tanker trucks.

Warehouses for road constructional materials

Railway branches with elevated road segments are installed in Alytus central base and company's subsidiary in Marijampolė. They are intended for railway semi-cars with bottom hatches for unloading. In this case, possibilities to store large amounts of different faction dolomite and granite ballast are created.

Washed sieved sand (0-2mm), washed sieved sand (2-16mm) are produced on the new technological line POWERSCREEN (Northern Ireland) in Bogušiškiai sand – gravel quarry.

Mobile crusher ROCKSTER (Austria) and mobile sieve KEESTRACK NOVUM (USA) also produces concentrated gravel, sieved sand (0-5mm) and gravel ballast.
